Magazine - Erics, Liverpool


Wow, seconds after seeing the Sheffield Photos from 1979 I am amazed to see these fantastic photographs of Magazine onstage at Liverpool Erics.  The Photographer David Bailey has kindly allowed me to repost this, my utmost thanks to him because this is one hell of a brilliant photo of Howard Devoto and they don't come along often.

The third image below is from the Royal Iris.

    It doesn't matter if this comment gets posted - it's just an anonymous thank-you for a wonderful blog. I've only recently discovered Mr. Devoto's work and it's been the most life affirming thing I've found in years.
